Early Childhood Classroom Hours

Monday-Friday: 9:10am-3:55pm

AM Preschool: 9:10am-12:30pm

PM Preschool: 12:35pm-3:55pm

About the Program:

Early Childhood Class-based services provide instruction in a classroom setting and are located in a number of elementary schools within FCPS. The curriculum emphasizes communication, early literacy, social development, and development of other skills as designated in the student’s IEP.

2024-2025 Early Childhood Supply List

(Please send the following items to school labeled with your child's name)

• 2 boxes of facial tissues
• 4 packs of baby wipes
• 2 containers of Lysol wipes
• 1 box of sandwich sized Ziploc bags
• 1 box of quart sized Ziploc bags
• 1 box of gallon sized Ziploc bags
• 2 jumbo glue sticks
• 1 bottle of Elmer's Liquid School Glue
• 1 box of Crayola Jumbo Crayons (8)
• 1 box of Crayola Broad Line Markers (10)
• 1 bottle of Play-Doh
• Diapers/Pull-Ups (if needed)
• Reusable water bottle, labeled with your child's name
• Full-size backpack, labeled with your child's name
• 2 complete changes of clothes (including underwear socks, and a pair of extra shoes)
