Testing Information

Students at Cub Run are assessed through many areas throughout the year. Parents will receive communication prior to any standardized test as well as relevant scores once the testing window has ended.

• Pre-K: Ages and Stages Questionnaire 
• Pre-K: Early Childhood Rubric
• Pre-K: Language and Literacy Screener (LLS)
• Pre-K and Kindergarten: Early Mathematics Assessment System (EMAS)
• Pre-K and Kindergarten: Child Behavior Rating Scale (CBRS)
• Grades 1-6: Developmental Spelling Analysis (DSA)
• Grade 1: Naglieri Nonverbal Abilities Test (NNAT)
• Grade 2: Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT)
• Grades 1-6: iReady
• Grades 3-6: Virginia Growth Assessments (VGA's)
• Grades 3-6: Standards of Learning (SOL's)
• Grades 3-6: Local Alternative Assessments (LAA)
• All Grade Levels: WIDA ACCESS for ELL's (ONLY for English Learners)
• All Grade Levels: WIDA Screener (ONLY for potential English Learners)
